 Ahtopol is the southernmost town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It's 80km away from Bourgas city. Ahtopol is situated at the foot of the Strandja mountain, on a cliffy peninsula with rocks, fabulously shaped by the sea. The town has a vast beach and a cool Mediterranean climate during the Summer, and also - the mildest winter in Bulgaria, early Spring, long and warm Autumn.

We offer accomodations in a private villa in the town of Ahtopol. Here you can find not only an outstanding beach, but a beautiful view - the vast sea in the East, touching the horizon, and in the West - the cool forests of the Strandja mountain. Mornings you will be amazed by the fiery sight of the rising sun, and evenings - by the rays of the sunset, caressing the sea.

Villa Yana is situated in the centre of the town, on a quiet shady street, a hudred metres away from the sea. It's three flours high. Each room has an individual bathroom and a terrace. We can offer you rooms with four, three, or two beds. In town there are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, and a market where you can find everything you need.

To the South from town is the Veleka river. The river's banks are covered with wild and beautiful flora, it has water-lilies. It's a perfect site for resort and fishing.
