Villa “Detelina” is located within “Kulaka” site, one of most picturesque places at the North Black Sea Coast. Wonderful premise for your holyday … Our visitors are offered the chance to feel the touch of nature, enjoying the greenery in the area and the fruit garden within the villa. Sea view, fresh air and songs of the birds create unique romantic atmosphere. Villa “Detelina” is wonderful alternative of the loud sea resorts The villa is located to a main road • 1.5 км. of Architecture and Park complex “Palace” • 2 км to the town center • 8 км. of Albena resort; • 45 км.оf Varna city and international airport; The villa is individual, without hosts. Our guests use 2 floors, looking like apartments and having following characteristics: I floor - bedroom, living-room with extendible sofa, kitchen, bathroom/WC; II floor - 2 bedrooms, bathroom/WC , kitchenette Each floor or the whole villa can be reserved - year-round In case of reservation of the whole villa/part of it our guests have the opportunity to use free: • summer garden with fruit and vegetables; • open kitchen, barbecue and banquet room • furnished kitchen with all necessary for preparation of daily meals: oven, hot-plate, cafe machine, toaster, kettle for hot water, iron, grill, barbeque, • all rooms are air-conditioned; • individual fridge for each floor; • Cable TV • deck-chairs, summer seesaw, flower garden • parking lots for minimum 2 cars; Price: Whole Villa - 60 Еuro/day First Floor - 40 Еuro/day Second Floor - 40 Еuro/day THE PRICE INCLUDES: • All mentored facilities; • Communal expenses - Electricity, Water, Alarm System (security) and Cable TV tax; • Tourist tax; • Bedding lining and towels every 4-5 days; Also, we can organize a transfer from and to Varna Airport or wherever is necessary, we can help tourists renting a car or taxi on a local normal price (usually for foreigners is more expensive even if is organize through agency). The Villa combines home coziness and quietness of the farmyard. During the warm months, the yard, within the villa is loaded with great variety of fruit and vegetables, which are at the hand of our guests without being extra paid. The villa is furnished with all necessary, which makes our guest feel comfortably. It is totally air-conditioned with the purpose of its yearly-round use |
