Our property is right by the coastline of the Black Sea, Bulgaria, Europe. Our peaceful country is located on the Balkan peninsula, north of Turkey and south of Romania. Bulgaria is famous for its resorts located on the Black Sea coast.
The region is very beautiful and peaceful. The Balkan mountain chain is located right by the magnificent coastline. Bulgaria has 13 centuries of history (and millenia of earlier civilizations) and a lot of sites a tourist could see. Nearby is the city of Varna, 300 000 people (the ancient Greek city of Odessos). There is an abundance of wild life in the vicinity. The country has a low crime rate, stable institutions and friendly people.

We are located next to the ancient city of Balchik (3 km; 1.8 mile), north of the Bulgarian sea capital of Varna (32 km, 20 miles) and close to the resort of Albena (4 km, 2 miles)- center of night life.
Our cottage is two storeyed with a ground floor; 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms and a beautiful garden with flowers, vegetables and fruits.
Furnished in local folk style with colourful carpets, curtains and wooden handmade furniture for your enjoyment. You have full access to the kitchen appliances (cooker, fridge, washing machine, barbecue, coffee maker, etc).
Our staff speaks English, Russian and German. We will give you detailed directions for the local places of interest and take care of you during your vacation.
