As guests to the hotel you are granted free transportation to the pistes when facilities are working; parking space; safekeeping of your personal skiing equipment; swimming pool, gym and sauna.
 
For the full convenience and pleasure of your stay you may rent - depending on the season - mountain bikes or skis (with shoes and sticks), and if you are still a beginner, there are skiing and snowboard instructors ready to help you; while in the hotel you can play billiards or videogames; there is a playroom for our youngest guests. Naturally you can also drop by the gift shop selling sportswear and personal care items, while for the best look of your clothes hotel “Bansko” offers you pressing and laundry services. For a daily fee of BGN 2 you can also use the additional safety provided by the hotel safe deposit box.
