"Alf's house" is located in the majestic Elena Balkan in the peaceful village Donkovci at the top of the village on a gentle slope from where a stunning view opens. The place is perfect for resting as it offers everything you need. The house is situated 7 km heading west from Elena town and 35 km from the old capital of Bulgaria Veliko Tarnovo. The area is ecologically clean as there are fantastic places for walking and sightseeing. Moreover the place offers rich diversity of wild fruits. The lake Iovkovci is located 500 m from the property and it is perfect for hunting and fishing. There is a river which flows into the it and is suitable for sunbathing. Interesting fact about the lake is that it is one of the biggest in Bulgaria and it is used to serve the necessity of drinking water of all of the Veliko Tarnovo municipality. There is a winter resort 40 km from the complex as well. A good asphalt road makes this place accessible in all seasons.
