Information about the house:

The house has 2 floors and a separate building. The separate building include kitchen (25 sq m) – with full kitchen equipment, dining room (30 sq m)  with TV and 100 SAT programs, music stereo, and a bathroom with WC. On the first floor of the house there is a small tavern for the guest's own use with a fireplace. On the second floor there are four cozy bedrooms: The Sunny room – with a double bed (20 sq m); The Dreamers Room with a double bed (20 sq m); The Cats room with a double bed (20 sq m) and The Funny room with 2 double beds (30 sq m). There is also a big entrance hall (40 sq m) and bathroom with WC. There is a fifth room that is quite large (50 sq m) with two double beds, one single bed and a separate entrance.

There is a 5 000 sq m yard around the house, the border of the yard on one of the sides is a lovely forest.

The guest house “Trifonovi's Sisters” is over 150 years old and entirely renovated in the Bulgarian Revival style holiday house. The proximity of the house to the beautiful damn of Iovkovtsi and east dividing line – a lovely forest, deepens the feeling of peace and romance and offers pleasant conditions for freshness, sun-bathing, fishing and picnics in the warm days of the spring, summer and autumn.

During the stay of the guests in the guest house “Trifonovi's Sisters” they have to their disposal TV  and a music stereo in the tavern, full kitchen equipment in the kitchen, refrigerator.

In the yard there is a volleyball playground and ball and soccer playground and ball, table tennis and equipment, hammock,  secured parking in front of the yard .
There is ethnographic exhibition in the house, where are gathered restored traditional farm, handcraft and trade equipment and the hosts can tell you some interesting facts about it.
The hosts – Toliana and Martina Trifonovi (in the summer) or their parents Elka and Plamen Kotovi will be happy to accommodate you. They are very hospitable but at the same time – very discreet, so the guests can feel calm, confident and safe.

If you would like you can order to taste delicious traditional meals like “Elenski but”/made from dried ham/; Roasted Pig in a special traditional oven with rise and cabbage; salad from fresh vegetables from the garden,  In the winter you’ll be warmed by home-made wine and brandy, prepared by special and unique recipes.
Because of the crystal fresh air and calmness, even after a very hard day or evening you will wake up early in the morning clear-headed and rested.

Locality:
Guest house Trifonovi's Sisters is located in the central Bulgaria, Central Balkan Mountain, 30 km east of the city Veliko Tarnovo, 5 km to the town of Elena, near by damn of Iovkovtsi.

How to find us?
No metter where are you coming from (Sofia, Varna or Plovdiv) we advice you to pass through the town of Elena (from south-east Bulgaria – through Sliven and Stara reka; from the other parts of the coutry use the main road Sofia-Varna, where you need to follow the signs and the road fork near the town of Liaskovets). If you have a map it is really easy.
When you get to the town of Elena you just need to follow the main street. There is a place where you need to be careful (after the second square) and to take a right turn passing the Police station. This is still the main street. Continuing, you are going out of the town and the first village is 5 km later – Iakovtsi. From here you have just 500 meters.
