The first floor is a self-contained apartment with two entrances – a detached and a shared one. It has a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom, an independent fully-furnished kitchen spot and a self-contained bathroom with a WC. The bathroom has a shower cabin for two, with a steam-bath and tangentors. A terrific offer for people with higher standards for a luxury vacation. Accommodation available for two people.

The two upper floors are set in two parts: a day and a night part.

The second floor has a large living room with a fireplace, comfortable upholstered furniture and a television set with cable TV. The second level contains a dining room with a table for six people and a fully-furnished kitchen (refrigerator, stove with ceramic top, microwave, coffee maker, multifunction kitchen robot, toaster and everything necessary for a household). The floor also has a bathroom with a WC. The living room has a large balcony with a recess spot.

The third floor has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6+1 guests. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. There is a bathroom with a WC as well.

Guests are provided with an iron, ironing-board and a drier.
The heating includes fireplaces and a local heating.
Servicing – change of towels, household linen and cleaning – twice a week.
If necessary, we place a cot at our guests’ disposal.
The yard provides parking space for 3 cars.
For our guests’ comfort, the yard has a marvellous recess nook with deck-chairs and a barbecue, giving opportunity for lamb roasting.
Near the house there is a post office, shops for foodstuffs and industrial goods, as well as a medical center.
