<p><strong>The Chardaka House</strong> is located on Kalofer's main street and is a 5 minute walk from the town center. The house was built in the classic Kalofer architectural style from the 1800s and provides guests with the charm of Kalofer's past combined with modern amenities. The house has four rooms with full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. It also includes a large terrace, outside BBQ and garden area.</p><p><strong>Landmarks and places to visit</strong> - Two rivers run through Kalofer – Tundja and Byala reka. Right in Panicite area or at the specially built BBQ spots you can have a fabulous outdoor picnic. There is also an Eco-pah, which will take you through the impassable nooks along Byala reka and will give you the opportunity to touch to one of the rarest place in Europe, where new plant species are being formed. <br /><br />Many tourist routes originate from Kalofer, reaching to Central Balkan National Preserve, “Raj” tourist house, Mount Botev and “Rayskoto praskalo” – the highest water cascade in the Balkans. We can secure mountain guides professionally equipped for one- or two-day on-foot or on-horse trips. <br /><br />Close to Kalofer you will find the towns of Banya and Hissar with their mineral baths and in-door pools, as well the old ruins of Starosel. In the close city of Sopot you can try paragliding and if the weather is right, the host can take you on fishing or mushroom picking trips – the woods of Kalofer are still the home for some of the most delicious mushrooms – the Boletus Eduli, also know as Porcini – and one can still catch Balkan trout in the rivers.</p>
