The RILA hotel complex is located at Semkovo ski resort, in the slopes of the Rila mountain amidst centennial pine forests and ample sunny glades. Semkovo is 1600 m above sea level, some 15 km from the town of Belitza, and some 160 km from Sofia airport.

The hotel complex "Rila" has a capacity of 89 rooms, 31 of which double, 42 - triple, 4 quadruple and 12 apartments and studios ( 3-5 persons).Total number of beds - 259, extra beds-80.

The hotel also offers to its guests a indoor swimming pool, sauna, 4 multifunctional halls, gym, massage room, hydro massage, lobbies, a restaurant, day bar.

The hotel is appropriate for individuals and group tourists, children groups, and also for mountain tourism, recreation and medical treatment.

The winter season lasts over 5 months – from December to May, with a snow cover thicker than 1.5m.

The average annual temperatures vary from 7,5° N to 9,5°N, January being the coldest month with an average of -5,9° C.

Semkovo offers six ski runs with a total length of 4.5 km, including three ski runs on the Northern slopes, with all ranges of difficulty. The ski runs are serviced by eight draglifts.

Recommended ski runs:

    * The Semkovo 1 is 500 i long, serviced by a drag lift with a capacity of 150 persons/h.
    * The Orlite ( Eagles) is 900 i long serviced by 2 drag lifts with a capacity of 450 and 700 persons/h respectively.
