Kavaldjievi villas are situated in the village of Rashevite, just three kilometers away from Tryavna. The villas are two and both of them can accomodate 18 people. Triavna is a picturesque town situated in the middle part of The Balkan Mountain in the central region of Bulgaria. Range 435 meters above the sea level. The climate is soft. The summer is pleasant and cool and the winter is not very cold, which combined with the old architecture of the town, provide wonderful and unique atmosphere for winter Triavna.

Every year tourists are visiting Triavna during all of the seasons. Every season has its own charm and the typical beauty - the bright freshness of the just wakened nature during the spring is gradually playing in the calm and tender green warmth of the summer, and is slowly maturing in the golden - red garments of the fall, which is than stepping back for ethereal transparency and whiteness of the snowy mountain winter.

All this natural magnificence is waiting for you to enjoy it, far from the noise and pressure of the big city - a real revelation for you r spirit and soul.

Numerous historical - cultural and natural sightseeing and will make your stay in the site a real feast. The surroundings of Triavna, the breech and pine forests, the wide green meadows around the village are a great site for tourism, outings and walks, herbs and mushroom gathering, or just a rest in the shadows of the trees during the hot summer days.

Vili Kavaldzhievi are two villas with a shared garden:

• the first vila is a two-storey, one-family house that can accommodate 6 people;
• the second vila is a big three-storey house that can accommodate 12 people.

• Spacious dining room – living room with a table for 12, air TV, old Bulgarian style sofas, a folk-style corner with a fire place and a low round table – “paraliya” (used by Bulgarians centuries ago)
• Small fully equipped kitchen to prepare and serve food (Oven, Fridge, Dishes, Kitchen utensils, Cupboards, Hot water )
• WC
• Porch with a wooden table and two benches – here guests can spend cool summer evenings together, enjoying tasty food and close contact with nature

Second floor:

• Three double bedrooms, two of which with balconies (one balkony covered)
• Shower and bathtub
• Local central heating for the whole house

• Spacious entrance hall, folklore style decorations
• Fully equipped kitchen to prepare and serve food (Oven, Fridge, Dishes, Kitchen utensils, Cupboards, Table, Ventilation, Hot water)
• Folk style furnished tavern with a fire place, a small bar, tables and chairs to seat 26 people, satellite TV (55 channels). The tavern has been decorated with the hunting trophies of the owner – stag and deer horns, wild boar tusks, deer, fox and weasel skins and fur.

• Three double rooms, furnished and decorated in folk style
• Bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes and chests of drawers

Behind the large house there is a stone-tiled corner with an open fire place to roast something delicious or just enjoy the beautiful mountain sunset and the magnificent view to the town of Tryavna and its surroundings with a glass of cool drink in hand and the closest people sitting next to you!
