Villas "Seasons" are situated only a few hundred meters from the central part of the "Cigov Chark" area. The complex has a total of 45 sleeping spots - 4 villas with 6, 7, 8 and 10 beds respectively. In the fifth villa, the tourists have the opportunity to hire separate rooms which have one, two or three beds.

     Every separate villa has a kitchen on the first floor, which offers a refrigarator with a freezer, a stove with four hot plates and an oven, an absorber and a sink with cold and hot water.Glasses, plates, forks, spoons and all kinds of kitchenware can be found as well.

    The final part of the interior of the kitchen is a small table and with two chairs. Right next to the kitchen, the guests can find a bathroom, equipped with an extra sink, a shower and a WC.

    On the other side of the first floor, there is a dining room with a big table and a couch which can seat around 8 people. There, the guests can also find a television set with cable TV, as well as a fireplace which is used to heat the villa in the winter months.

    The sleeping quarters are situated on the second floor. Every bedrooms has one, two or three which can sleep up to four people in a room. Each bedroom is equipped with a television set with cable TV, a terrace with an amazing view towards the Batak dam or the hills above, a wardrobe and small night tables. The fireplace on the first floor provides the heating during the winter.

   There is a bathroom situated between the two bedreoom which is equipped with a WC, a sink and a shower. Two of the villas have a third floor, where the guests can find bedrooms with an air conditioner and a separate bathroom

Right next to the villas, there is an additional building which is used as a tavern and decorated in a typical Bulgarian folk style. It offers a barbecue, tables with benches around them used by the guest for dining, a kitchen sink and a TV set.

    Directions:
    1) From Batak - if you are travelling towards the "Sezoni" huts,follow the road for Velingrad. A few hundred meters after the ski track on the left side of the road, there is a marker which shows the road to the complex. The marker is also on the left side.
    2) From Velingrad and Rakitovo - when you travel on the Velingrad-Batak road, just after the center of the "Cigov Chark" area on the right side of the road you can see a marker which shows the road to the complex.
