in the immediate vicinity of the bus station «Trakata».

Not far off is situated a romantic beach and an authentic fishermen’s hamlet, part of the beach strip of the palace «Euxinaugrade». Lots of restaurants may be found in the neighborhood in which you will be offered tasteful dishes.

The villa is situated 400 m away from a non guarded beach that is a part of the beach strip of the palace «Euxinaugrade». The access to the beach is possible along a wood walk or by car. Part of the beach represents a separate fishermen’s hamlet and offers the possibility of sports fishery.
